Tim Morley Associates is a family run property services company based in Guildford town centre. We have been running high quality serviced accommodation since 2014, having seen a gap in the market for spacious and luxurious apartments which are well managed and affordable.

We own all of the properties we run ensuring that issues are dealt with quickly by our dedicated in-house team of property managers.

Serviced apartments can be booked on a nightly basis with a minimum term of 28 nights. Rates start at £100 + VAT per night and include all utilities, high speed internet as well as Netflix.
